Please advice - routine and progress

I hear you brother. There are so many penis types out there. It's hard for one device to cover it all. I've played around with silicone paddings as an extra comfort add-on, but the design is still being perfected for larger and smaller penises for comforts. Wish I have my own full penis research and development team with me beside my remote teams. That's a dream for the brothers.

How you all doing?
Had nothing new to update for a long time. Still nothing actually. Neither length or girth. Altough i started focusing mainly on girth lately.
I now reached a point where I end my session with 13.5-14.0cm EG (with edema of course) while my baseline is still 11.8cm EG.
So huge expension, but still no perm gain.
Started to get to this expension maybe since 40 days ago.
Basially either SRT 5x5x3 or 3x5 pump followed by 3x5min clamp. All pump session with NIR heat and heat fan combined. And up to 43 kpa.

I hope to see some perm gains soon.

Good to see you're checking in, brother. So, what have you been doing since the last time you've taken off? Completely rested to allow your tissues to turnover?

To be honest, looking back, I wish I have done that.
No I tried different routines.
Tried compression hanging for length but stopped it recently.
Tried long pumping sessions (40-60min)..
I did take few breaks for week-month maybe. But not longer.

Nothing stick.

Now with that new expension i get i hope to see some progress. Altough im not sure how much of it is edema.

Be sure to check out the SRT routine it will really get you growing quickly

If you can recollect all the routines so far, and the consistency of each routine for at least 4 months, which do you see provides some kind of gain, no matter how small. Do a deep recall.

How long of a period? Just using the info as refence to build a plan for you.

40 to 60 minutes of pure pumping is a bit much. SSJ into the work as well right? Or straight pumping?

Since you have a short break, that should allow a turnover event for the tissues to work with. When you mentioned nothing stuck, nothing with flaccid? Girth? Absolutely no length?

No gain what so ever in the last 18 months if not more. Flaccid, erect, length, girth. Nothing.

In length i have bpfsl of 21.8cm but bpel of 18.8 so I turned to more girth work.

My last routine seems to provide me with the most expension post workout.

Compression hanging I did maybe 2 months. Yeah it's a little time I know. Just decided to focus girth work more. And i could not pump high pressure after the compression. So stopped for now.

For the long pump routine I wad just stayed in the pump for 40-60 minutes in one or two sessions. Nothing else except maybe a ring after.

By the way I started recently (week+) also the Angion method. Just playing with it before pumping.

Seems like no matter what I do, my tissues insist to go back to its original size.

So, let's refocus on the wants, which is girth, and the needs, which the proper routines.

We can't be in the pump for 20 to 40 minutes and expect to gain. The only you will get a gain of is a very high level edema.

In girth, you have to use the positive pressure to force the tissues to stress, which is the jelqs (SSJ, horse, titan, DLD Basters, etc.). The negative pressure takes advantage of the stressed tissues by forcing more blood in. You have to do the back and forth to get gains, from positive to negative, and negative back to positive. If we just stick our penises in the pump under pressures and we can all gain like it's a normal walk in the park, we all have massive girths by now.

Let's revise your workout routine availability of time for consistent application of the girth exercises. Can't be wanting girth and not put into the proper time and workout routine.

That's not what I do now.
On some days i do srt 5x5x3, or clamping sets after pumping sets.
And on some i do bundle streches then pumping sets.
I have like an hour
 
Try the approach for 2 months, 4 on, 1 off approach. See where this takes you. Be consistent with that one full hour. If you do see changes, let us know. We'll focus around that. Remember, consistency. Make sure to apply heat while you do your stretch since there is a unresponsive malleability issue in your past exercise on standard exercises alone.

If within that 2 months there is no change whatsoever, we'll come with an approach that will push your body boundary.
 
So
Im trying to transit to 2.25" round cylinder in the last set where i pretty much fill the 2" cylinder.
The problem is my sack sucked inside and it hurts.
I do use the pump sleeve.and try different angles. Or to hold the sack with other hand. Nothing works so far.

Definitely using the universal silicone pump donut.

Your balls even got sucked in using the donut? What the crap. I know we talked about cutting the middle part to allow a larger penis base to fit in better. But if you're leaving the middle part alone, the balls will not be sucked in. If the balls got sucked in with the middle part left alone, something is wrong with the donut. The middle part only allows 12cm to 13cm circumference max from going through, or even smaller, before the middle part chokes the rest of the tissues from sliding past in the limited diameter size.

Yes. I work with the Mity sleeve I got from MOS. I enter this cylinder while I already 13 or more after pumping in other cylinder. But as I reach to 20+ kpa the skin starts to pull and after that the balls too. I guess they are not big and knows how to slide especially with the whole oily environment :)
 
If you could pick up some small ties for hair, the good ones with the cotton outside. This will allow you to tie your balls back with training
