Please advice - routine and progress

Hm, game playing should trigger thyroidal issues, even the high level of adrenile loading from overhyping. BUT, it does elevate stress if you're one of those who throw tantrums and scream for every headshot by you or receiving one. That will make your body go into high-stress state.

If she's not allowing you to exit the home at night, tell her that nightly exercises and reducing stress can help quite a bit, especially light jogs and resistance exercises. She can join you for some daredevil fun behind the bridge and building fun if she wants. That will reduce both of your stresses off quite fast.

But if you're getting less gluten, your HDL should be rising, not falling. Your LDL should be decreasing as well since it correlate with triglyceride drops. However, LDL can rise if too much total cholesterol is impacted because of the lean eating. This is why fad diets should never be pursued. Just wholesome balanced dietary intakes.

Im eating balanced diet.
I do need to reduce stress and exercise more.
I think my cholesterol is combination of genetics, slugish thyroid, stress, and inactive lifestyle. Will work on all of them. Might take statins for a while and see.
I have dr. apointment next week.

My Brother i pray for you and your wife. Yes agoraphobia is a nightmare and keeps you missing so much life. For me it is one small step in front of the other. I can make it half way up my block so I walk that daily. Unfortunately there is no medication to help with this, yes there is meds for the anxiety but beyond that nothing. Aversion therapy can help but that is not always possible. I pray to Jesus for your love and patience as you work through this. ❤️

I wonder if I should just look for extender not based on vaccum to avoid that issue..

As DLD said, the Shop has various types of extender with strap and noose type, rather than vacuum. Do purchase an extender that has both options for you to either upgrade to, or come with combo. Most brothers that used extenders tend to get one with both as options. I literally have both. I don't like blisters either, but the vacuum cup version allows me to wear long hours compared to strap/noose type. It's literally a trade off between the vacuum vs the noose/strap types.

Im fine. Just went through another war here in Israel. Honestly, I’ve stopped counting... luckily no harm. Just accumulated trauma.

For now i have managed to use the phallosan plus extender without getting blisters so far. Used it in last month for 5-6 hours a day. The only issue is i don't grow in either bpel or bpfsl.
Damn i didnt add bpel in 14 months! Of hard work. No matter what i do.

The second issue is if i grow a bit i will max it out as their max length 22cm.

On girth side not much luck either.
I stopped using the BM and switched to 60minutes (with breaks) of air pumping every night for the past week in front of TV with the mityvac 1.75" .
I found out with pre oil it's very comfort and i can push up to 10-11inHG for short times. Only thing is part of my balls sucked in as well. And it's not ideal.

Not sure if that routine beneficial at all or just brings a lot of edema.
I took a break from clamping for now.

We've found out that one of our brothers are having the same issues with the girth, while other brothers are having issues with the length. With the girth, using the length master to invoke lateral tissues weakening before pumping works. Bundled BTC with dynamic traction force less than 2.5kgs helps quite a bit. For the other brothers, the same occurs. However, the traction force loads may be going past 3kg for 5 minutes, increase to 4kg for 5 minutes, reduce to 2kgs up 5 minutes, and use the extender. This is based on the amount of prior tissue conditioning you've already subjected under. You might start out at 3kg, then 5kg, then down to to 2kg for 5 minutes for the extender.

For the girth, you may only need 2kg to start out, 5kg to end, and then pump for girth.

The second issue is if i grow a bit i will max it out as their max length 22cm.

Before girth, use stretching first. Use the length master when possible. If not, lots of bundled pulling with your hands. It's going to be crazy work.

No more clamping. Pump, SSJ (with the help of a restrictive band at the base of the penis to help trapping the blood volume), and keep elongated with tight wraps or use the extender. No more clamping.

Definitely reinstate the LengthMaster as it is the fastest way to make length gains.
 
I have some issue with the mityvac 2.0 cylinder.
The pressure keeps releasing.
When i use the 1.75 cylinder no problem at all. But as soon as i connect to the 2.0 cylinder i pump and the pressure is released. (Takes maybe 15 seconds to get from 10inhg to 2) so i have to keep pumping all the time.
I took a video of it.
What can it be?
 
If the pressure is releasing, three locations to watch out for.
  1. The seal between the base of the cylinder and your crotch. Don't use water. Sit in a tub, or a basin just enough to submerge your crotch and the cylinder's base under. Pump. See if any water gets in under the base.
  2. Put on the water trap just in case. If you know the seal for the base is good with your skin, the next is the quick disconnectors above the cylinder and the line. Submerge the whole cylinder from the top, the connectors, and the part of the water trap to make sure there's no air leak in the line. Go very slowly and observe for water intrusion.
  3. If your 1.75in cylinder is working, the trigger pump is not the problem. It could just be the plastic lines or the connectors.
 
Small update:
I have reintroduced Lengthmaster only with newbie routine for length work in the last 38 days or so pretty much daily twice a day (20mx2).
During these days i was wrapped after and in between sessions. And was doing pumping at nights for 3-5 days a week.
It seems like i have increased my BPFSL from around 20.5-6 to around 21.3-4 (post session i can even see 21.5-6 sometimes). Can't know for sure if it's pure growth or some deviation included.
I don't know to say how much BPFSL i measured or increased by LM in the past as I didn't measure BPFSL back then.

I didn't check for other changes yet.
Will keep update as I go.

Very nice and I love that you're using a metal ruler because you can't cheat with that. I used to use a wooden ruler, but it gave me inaccurate measurements. So I switched over to a plastic ruler which I could not get it bone pressed without breaking it. So then I went to a metal ruler, and I realized it was strong and accurate, so I use that for the remainder of my program.
 
So today morning after my LM session i saw a tiny of blood in my urthea opening. Like you put a thisu paper on it and barely see a sign. But this evening i started my second LM session and after like 2 minutes i noticed more significant like a large drop of blood in my urthea opening.
So i quickly released and noticed in my hand that inside that blood there is something like piece of tissue - flush or skin..
Im not sure if its something on the surface opening skin or it came from internal part of my urthea. I tend to suspect the origin is around the opening skin but i have no proof for that.
Anyway. What should I do now? And how much should I rest before my next session?

Allow the urethra 3 to 4 days to heal properly. During this period, stretches are fine as long as you remove as much blood away from the glans as possible using an OK grip near the mid of the penis as a tourniquet and squeeze from the glans down to the mid way point. Otherwise, do light to moderate traction load manual routines to prevent too much blood from disturbing the healing process.

Don't be down, just realize that sometimes we all need to take breaks, and I said, above most of us have experienced what you have gone through including myself. 3 days off is gonna cause no loss of growth. And it'll allow your uretha to heal itself. It is very scary when we see bloodbut understand this is the plight of many. I pray you heal up quickly and completely.
