Which is the best approach to get maximize gains from stretching?
Should stretching be done once a day evrey day?
Or like many people advice doing every 6 hours,
its kinda confusing, coz stretching is something that can be done fairly easily and intensely,
this is irrespective to girth work which is done every other day.
