Plan of attack to optimize Stretch

Guys,

Which is the best approach to get maximize gains from stretching?

Should stretching be done once a day evrey day?

Or like many people advice doing every 6 hours,

its kinda confusing, coz stretching is something that can be done fairly easily and intensely,

this is irrespective to girth work which is done every other day.

DLD has said a few times on the board, in his opinion manual stretching throughout the day in ten minute intervals is the best approach. Its also not a bad idea to stretch for at least an additional minute every time you go to the bathroom. And if your drinking over 100oz of water a day, thats about every 1-2 hours.
