pick a routine and stay with it

man i know for the past 2 months i have done nothing but try different things in pe and i have lost some of my gains because of it well that and weight gain. at first i was on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and i was doing good i had a .25 gain in length and my bpfsl was up to 7 inches now i'm at 5" nbp length instead of 5.25. i had my wife make a captains wench for me and all i did was hang and ditched the manual stuff well in results of this i lost that .25 i know hanging is good for some but man i'm going back to the good old DLD"S [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and start all over. i will be starting a diet and workout routine also so guys wish me luck because i'm going to need it for that 7 inches of cock that i want.
 
This is a great way to think! When I become stagnant with any of the various routine I might be using I always go back to the basics. It is like a physical reset and it gets me straight again.
 
This is the classic case of "if it is working, don't change it". I would only change if it stops working, and it will at some point then you have to find it again. I did the manual stuff for a year till I stopped seeing gains. I could not get any gains till I started hanging. Now I'm back on track again.

I've been saying this for years KISS (keep it simple stupid)
Only after somthing stops working (or slows way down) should you change it.
