Hello everybody, I am new to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]matters of size[/words] program and had a question about the Phase One exercises. On the site it gives a sample workout with a 5 hour break between the stretching and the jelqing. I was wondering the break was necessary and if it would be okay if I were to stretch then jelq immediately afterwards and then do the kegels soon after.
