I have a question about phase 1. if I remember correct the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] tells you to do 2 sets of each stretch, (straight down, left, right and up) that would be a total of 8 sets. The member site says 3 sets of each thats a total of 12 sets, and in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] cover the label inside it says 3 sets each of (behind the cheeks: left, right, down) 3 sets of ( straightdown: center, left, right) 3 sets of ( straight out : center, left, right) and 3 sets of (straight up: center, left right) thats a total of 36 sets... thats a BIIIIIG difference. So I am a little confused.
I also wonder if there is some good images or guides to clamping and hanging? Because I dont now how to do them. I have tried so use the search button..
