I am new to this forum and new to Penis Enlargement after a failed attempt with Jez [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] a few years back.
I got temporary gains (so long ago I am not 100% sure if it stuck) but was so painful that I used EMLA cream and used too much force. I gave up in the end.
Seeing adverts for new German devices, I am back into it and purchased a [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words].
My target is to get from around 5 inches to 6.5-7 inches. Then I am done. Also, I don't think I am disciplined to do manual Penis Enlargement exercises so something to just wear and forget is what I need.
After a few days, I am comfortably wearing the device up to 11 hours a day, taking off only to urinate (3 times a day, perhaps half hour each). I have a pleasant force on it without problems so far.
Here are the problems I encountered and solutions I found:
First problem I encountered was swelling of the penis tip. In order to not have this, I must use very little force and even then I noticed that penis tip was getting a little wrinkled after use. This is a big no for me as I can imagine regular use would make even more stretching of the skin on the tip. Solution I came up with is to put non-stretch surgical tape tightly where the pressure is exerted, i.e. on the head top to bottom, not sideways, covering the tip. Then put the protector cap on top of this. As the skin cannot now stretch on the tip, the force is exerted (I think) to a larger area of the head and result is I can comfortably use a greater force with no swelling or stretching of the skin on the tip. Also important, I learnt from a German forum, protector cap must not have any air trapped in it.
Second problem is that after only a few days use, the condom broke. Using a larger size until I receive a new one so not 100% confirmed yet but the way I found to minimise stress on the condom is when taking off the device, take the bell off first. Do not try to roll the condom up to the bell first! If bell is taken off first, then protector cap, it is very easy to take off condom without putting unnecessary pressure on it.
If anyone has any problems, solutions, techniques or even experiences with [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words], would appreciate to know. It is the best device (and for me, the only device I can use) for the way I want to do Penis Enlargement. I am sure there are many others who just want to fit and forget, so hopefully others will comment and get involved with this.
