Well guys, I finally got off my but and learned how to make my own spreadsheet
(Microsoft Office) for my PM use. So, for the next month or so I am only going to use my PM and jelq. I am going to record how many hours a day I wear the PM and how many jelqs a day--light jelqing per day--300-500 a day and a minimum of 6 hours a day with the PM. 5 days then one day off. I wll report back after a month to see if there is any new gain only using the PM with light jelqing.
