now my routine is one hour a day in the evening,
I dedicate half an hour to A-Stretchs(30sec one rep)

I want to split it in mini section of 10 minutes,
like you suggest in the video I can split in three 10 minutes sections of A-Stretchs,
and then three 10 minutes sections of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words],
my doubt is how can I deal with the warming up in this short sections?
what do you think about my routine?
