I wouldnt ever wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] through night. Get one boner and dont wake up - Get it all trapped in the glans and wake up with a dead dick.
You need something flexible that holds a rather big flaccid but doesnt trap blood(!!!)
I saw somewhere someone using a pulley system through the night. I wouldnt sleep a minute out of paranoia.

Doing Penis Enlargement while sleeping is like driving with your eyes closed, you may get there but you probably gonna hit something first. The only Penis Enlargement I recommend is a Light Jim Strap.

There is also the Andropenis, that I do have the opportunity to have as an affiliate, but the current model will be changing this year and I will wait till then. The newer model is supposed to have an incredible night system so I am hoping this may also be a choice at one point.
