PC workout

I"m wondering if holding back from urination for a couple of hours is beneficial for the PC muscle. I been taking deep breaths and clamping hard and feel my PC getting stronger. Is this better/equivalent/less effective than doing regular kegels? I'm basically trying to strengthen the PC muscle for its many benefits...

It is never a good idea to hold back urination. It is insane how many PC questions have popped up the second I dropped this exercise: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...omething-incredible-happening-my-orgasms.html For me it has been the most powerful PC routine ever.
 
I read ur routine for better orgasms...im gonna give it a try. 200% better orgams!!!...holy cow....count me and half of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] in trying this out. But one question what backs you up on the reason not to hold back urination for pc strengthening.
