Pc Muscle And Hemorrhoids

Have been flexing my PC muscle in the car on my way to work for about a week.
And am convinced it's given me piles.

As most of you will know both the PC muscle and rectal muscles are flex together at the same time.

Does anyone know if it's possible to isolate just the PC on its own without having to flex also the rectum.
 
It is a bit tricky but the best way to practice is when you are peeing. When you push the flow of urine it is a reverse kegels and when you stop the flow of urine it is a kegel. Practice this way until you have mastered isolation.
 
What you is press hard with ur finger between rectum and scrotum to give the area more feel and kegel and reverse kegel repeatably. This had gotten me super hard erections along with very heavy weightlifting, included my squats. The wife is scared when i tell her "today is my heavy squat day".

Bundle a couple paires of socks together right, then when you sit down, stick it right between your legs so that your right on it , it should be between your scrotum and the bottom of your butt crack the reason why is that, thats were your pc muscles located , then do some kegels , youll find that the pressur from the bundles of sock help you distinguish between your ass and your pc flex , i would do a couple sets while sitting on a hard surface , so the pressure is strong and you no what your looking for , also remember that you need a couple bundles not just one , you need enough thickness that it puts pressure between your legs so you can feel the squeez ,so how ever many bundles you need , ok try it out !
