Hi,

I am 28. I am getting severe pain after erection and masturbation. It started few weeks before when i masturbated continuously for 3 days.

The pain is in right side of my penis shaft and above the penis - right side of the bladder.

Pain stays for couple of days and goes off. I am really afraid if it is some disorder. Please help.

Sounds as though you may have a case of severe thrombosis. Can you see a bump, vein, any enlargement of any structure at any point on your penis?
 
I can see a vein flow on the right shaft. I usually have that vein visible on my penis, i am not sure if it is bumped more or as it was before.

I think this could be a case of blue balls, i think you should ejaculate and then i feel you will be relieved of pain. Try it..

You're doing too much. Your cock needs a break.
