Over Hand Jelq Or Under Hand Jelq

I HAVE TRIED DOING OVER HANDED JELQ FOR A GOOD WEEK BUT JUST CAN'T SEEM TO GRASP IT. it is probily because when i first started i did under hand it seems eazier for me. will this not be as effective as the over hand jelq. my problem with the over hand jelq is when i go back to start with the other hand i grab my nut sack well just part of it.
any advice guys? or is under handed ok

Do whatever works best for you. Some prefer overhand and others will prefer underhand, both will work fine.

I jelq overhanded in an ok grip. Reason = Supra's recommendations in regards to turkey neck. Two months ago I had about a 2" TN when I held my penis straight (not stretched) out in a flaccid state. Now it is less than 1". Also, my jelqing is for circulation purposes, as I do other things for girth.
