In all seriousness, you hit this right on the head. The pixelation is a buzz kill for sure. I also believe that the choice to use only Japanese actors is a huge blow. There are plenty of men in America and the UK that would kill to smash every one of those chicks but this is not allowed. If they lose the editing and racial bias they would blow up as a adult entertainment industry.

Basically, their house, their rules; I say lure/entice the talent (Japanese women) to a different house and create some real unadulterated product for the demand in the market.
