3/31/23 - 4/1/23 Training Complete.

5 Minute Bundles Stretches using the Length Master.

Hanging between the cheeks using the Length Master.

5 sets of 5 lbs for 25 minutes.
20 second rest time between sets.
Girth right after hanging:
Pumping using the MityVac air pump.
6 sets of 2 minutes under pressure 5hg to 6hg a total of 12 minutes.

30 minute to an hour cock-ring healing.

Note: increased hanging by 1 set of 5 minutes and added 2.5 lb increase in weight try to focus on the fatigue. Also added a extra 2 minutes to my pumping routine.

I plan to stick with this weight for a while before even increasing anymore. I also feel like giving up because I’m straying away from the original routine.

I have notice a big increase in my bone pressed flaccid stretch afterwards.

I’m just going put the ruler up for six months to not get tempted. Damn this sucks 😣 anyway I’m not backing down.
Don't feel discouraged.
I have also realized this. You should not messure to often...it can lead to stress, anxiety and depressive thoughts. It's important that you trust the process when you got a good routine going. I'm not messuring for 6 months as well. I think using your eyes is best way to tell.

Feeling more confident in my routine. The length master bundles felt great today. I am noticing big increases in bone pressed flaccid stretch length after bundles and hanging . I take this as positive indicator.

What’s your thoughts on taking BPFSL measurements after hanging or stretches in general? I know they’re temporary, but could this be a way to show that we are getting the optimal stretch after our workouts. Any thoughts?

If you see your BPFSL gets longer after your session, I think you should stick to the recommendation and messure in 6 months.

But it may be a diffrent approach with hanging? Therefore you probably want to keep up the progression by adding weights, to keep the intensity of the stretch optimal and high.

I should actually not comment regarding this, since I do not know anything about hanging. But I think I can help you by viewing this from a different perspective in comparison to "only" doing manual stretching with the hands or the lengthmaster.
But the theory about stretching should be the same for hanging. That is: Increase the intensity as you progress, and you need to do that with adding weights, or adding time to the equation.

So a messurment more frequently may be needed? To validate that you have the correct weight vs. time.

I agree brother! Theory is the more sets I add more chances of failure to release the growth factors in the penis. By hanging 5 to 10 load cycles gives the maximum elongation in session and slowly increasing the weight over time.

Some experienced brother with hanging will probably answer later. Yeah! You want maximum growth always. "Fast" growth is preferable.
