One Minute Stretch of Each Below 3 sets.

Straight to the left
Straight to the right
Straight down
Straight Outward

NightRoutine:

LengthMaster Bundle Stretches:

One Minute Stretch of Each Below 1 set. 5 Minutes.

Straight to the left
Straight to the right
Straight down
Straight Outward

Straight Up

Hanging using the LengthMaster:

6 Set’s Of 7.5 lbs total 30 Minutes

MityVac Dry Pumping Routine:

7 Set’s Of 2 Minutes under pressure 5hg to 6hg total 14 Minutes.

30 Minutes To An Hour Cock-ring Expanded Healing.

Just finished my routine I’m starting to notice pinching with lengthmaster due to wrapping poorly. I’m sincerely thinking about purchasing the silistretcher to use for vacuum hanging next Friday.

Edit: I might stick with my LM when hanging to avoid blisters when hanging using a vacuum hanger.

Note: I noticed a big difference from sitting to standing with hanging. What’s more beneficial standing or sitting or does it matter?

FYI: I usually sit when hanging with legs on the table top.

- Do you do any SSJ's during that MityVac Dry Pumping Routine? Sorry for asking, it was not stated if SSJ's where included.
 
I did pumping in the past using the bathmate for at least 3 months non stop with no stretches or manual exercises and made no gains. Very depressing.

That’s why I added stretches and hanging to contribute with my pumping.
