Interval Hanging:

I started sometime in January, but due to life circumstances I had to postpone until March and start from scratch again.

Starting Measurements: 03/10/2023
BPFLS: 6.50”
BPEL: 6”
NBPEL: 4.25”
MEG: 4.50”

Measurements: 05/14/23
BPFLS: 6.75”
BPEL: 6.25”
NBPEL: 4.50”
MEG: 5”

Night Routine:
Interval Hanging using the LengthMaster.

Pre-Stretch: 5 Minute Basic Bundle Stretches

4 sets of 5lbs for 20 minutes that’s 5 minutes sets.

Interval Pumping

5 sets of 2 minutes under pressure 5hg a total of 10 minutes.

30 Minute Cock-Ring.

Note:

Every 3 weeks increase the set time by 5 minutes for hanging and 2 minutes for pumping.

Slowly increase the weight every 3 to 6 months focusing on the fatigue.

Yeah I was looking at some of my old stats and looks like I must of loss size including some of my girth. Lately my EQ has been way down maybe from too much masturbation or age I don’t know!

Age and masturbation are huge factors

Interval Hanging between the cheeks using the Length Master.

5 sets of 2.5 lbs for 25 minutes.
15 second rest time between sets.

Since I had too much weight last time I dropped the weight from 5lbs to 2.5lbs and added in extra set of 5 minutes.

I felt most of my stretch targeting the base of the penis using the LM. My flaccid is a little bit better than yesterday session little to no shrinkage. I will be increasing my rest between sets to 20 seconds minimum.

I do have some questions how hard are you guys stretching your bone pressed flaccid stretch when taking measurements before and after? Me personally have been stretching the hell out of it I don’t know if I am cheating myself or not.

And do usually feel most of the stretch in the base using the LM?

Stretch as hard as possible every time you measure. And, yes you will feel most intensity at the base

Today’s feeling is the feeling like my dick is about to rip off from the shaft I can also feel a nice stretch in base as well.

I forgot to measure my bone pressed flaccid stretch before my routine. After stretch was close to the 7 inch mark, but I had a really pull hard.

Penis massage to restore fresh blood.

I noticed my ruler is leaving scars on my pubic bone when measuring bone pressed. What’s the best way to combat this? I have a plastic ruler btw.

note: I can barley make it 6” BPEL looks like I’m having some struggles.

Overall I maintain a good pump throughout the day. I’m very impressed with this product!

This is normal as you cement the new growth
 
I see basic and bundled stretching. I’m so confused on bundled stretching. What is that?. Should I just start with the basic instead?

Basic stretching is just pulling your flaccid penis just below the head straight out or up in different directions. The only difference between bundles is you’re turning your penis like corkscrew and pulling out in different directions as well. Bundles will target more of the tunica this is great for length and girth gains. It’s up to you!
