I’m just curious about BPFSL and on how often should I measure. I know bone pressed flaccid stretch increase is indicator of growth and shows up faster compared to erect length.
That make sense the flaccid length should increase first, and the erection lenght follows. Maybe some more experienced brother will come in here with information from their experiences.

5 Minute Bundles Stretches
Hanging between the cheeks using the Length Master.
5 sets of 5 lbs for 25 minutes.
20 second rest time between sets.
Girth right after hanging:
Pumping using the MityVac air pump.
6 sets of 2 minutes under pressure 5hg a total of 12 minutes.
30 minute to an hour cock-ring healing.
Another day! Another session! Just checking in.
