Excellent routine. You can vary where you connect. Base, mid-shaft and right below the headI took yesterday off and I just edged for about hour tops and played around with the mityvac.

Interval Hanging between the cheeks using the Length Master.
Pre-Stretch: 5- Minute Bundle Stretches
5 sets of 2.5 lbs for 25 minutes.
- To the left: 1 Minute.
- To the Right: 1 Minute.
- Straight Down: 1 Minute .
- Straight Out: 1 Minute.
- Straight Up: 1 Minute.
20 second rest time between sets.
Testicle Massage 10 Minutes.
30 minutes to an hour extending healing with wrap.
