Basic stretching is just pulling your flaccid penis just below the head straight out or up in different directions. The only difference between bundles is you’re turning your penis like corkscrew and pulling out in different directions as well. Bundles will target more of the tunica this is great for length and girth gains. It’s up to you!

With your hanging, where do you attach the LM? With hanging make sure you have a good wrap before starting. Personally I am more focused on creating fatigue with lightest weight possible and over time adding more weight.

I was thinking since hanging is so popular and knowing that bundle stretches are kind of the most important to create long term permanent gains if bundled hanging was a thing... Maybe it's tricky to get it to work?
