I took yesterday off and I just edged for about hour tops and played around with the mityvac.

Interval Hanging between the cheeks using the Length Master.

Pre-Stretch: 5- Minute Bundle Stretches
  1. To the left: 1 Minute.
  2. To the Right: 1 Minute.
  3. Straight Down: 1 Minute .
  4. Straight Out: 1 Minute.
  5. Straight Up: 1 Minute.
5 sets of 2.5 lbs for 25 minutes.
20 second rest time between sets.

Testicle Massage 10 Minutes.

30 minutes to an hour extending healing with wrap.
Excellent routine. You can vary where you connect. Base, mid-shaft and right below the head
 
Hey guys, I recently got tested for syphilis and herpes because I started noticing red bumps on my scrotum. My test results came in negative and the doctor thinks they might be inflamed hair follicles on my scrotum.

I was thinking they could be caused by the length master when hanging. I have noticed part of my right sack gets caught in the wrap at times and the LM rubs against my testicle more than anything. I hate to stop hanging what could I do in the mean time? Should I stop and wait?

I think my last hanging session was on the 12 of this February.
Nah, the lengthmaster would not cause this...how are you wrapping?
 
I wrap from base and up just behind the glans. I’m trying to figure out what’s causing this at the moment. I do have a picture of the me wearing the LM on this thread.

thanks DLD. Looks like I got my health straighten out and will be returning to back to PE.

I do have a question about the mityvac or air pumps in general is it normal to keep losing pressure and pump back up?

And, What can can help with a good seal at the bottom to prevent air leakage?

5 sets of 5 lbs for 25 minutes.
20 second rest time between sets.
Girth right after hanging:
Pumping using the MityVac air pump.
6 sets of 2 minutes under pressure 5hg a total of 12 minutes.

30 minute to an hour cock-ring healing.

What’s your theory on more is more in PE I seen other forums talk about less is more? And, should I add more exercises or stick with this routine for 90 days and go from there?
Maybe Mike Mentzer's approach can help you here. He talks about strength training in this interview, but I think this concept can be applied to everything in life. You can listen to it for example while you hang. He talks exactly about what you are talking about = less is more.

But put simply, he talks about to do everything in life optimally, to get maximum progression/development.
I think it can help you, this is the reason I post this on your thread, since it have helped me a lot. The audiotape is kinda long, but it's worth your time.

20 second rest time between sets.
Girth right after hanging:
Pumping using the MityVac air pump.
6 sets of 2 minutes under pressure 5hg a total of 12 minutes.

30 minute to an hour cock-ring healing.

Note: 5 minutes bundles 60 seconds each direction followed by hanging. The soreness is unbelievable for the first time I feel like I’m growing. Most of the soreness is located at the base.

I just took the LM off and pressed my fingers in the base and my god I can feel it!

For me it has always been more is best.
Of course, and also to increase the intensity as you progress. If I could do 2 hours more of PE I would do it. But for now I got 70 minutes per day. In time I can probably extend it to 80 minutes. An all day extender would help.

Mike Mentzer concept is interesting, but probably do not apply to PE as much as we would like. But if you only got let us say 1 hours per day for PE. I can think the goal then, is to do it as optimally as you can.
