What I do sometimes I haven’t done in a while is get a sock or a piece of clothing heat it up in some hot water and stretch over my penis for 5 minutes to warm up with. Be careful you don’t burn yourself if you try. This should allow the penis to become more pliable just like in the shower.
Awesome tip. Planning to get a heating pad in the future. The car interior heater is expensive to run. But it's extremely effective.
 
@orgasmic19, I just want to update you on the pinching "problem" in the LENGTHMASTER 3 we discussed before.
It was more comfortable when I eased on the clamping pressure somewhat. It slipped a bit first, but I then increased the pressure only a little bit, so the pinching pain was not as bad.

5 Minute Bundles Stretches

Hanging between the cheeks using the Length Master.

5 sets of 5 lbs for 25 minutes.
20 second rest time between sets.
Girth right after hanging:
Pumping using the MityVac air pump.
6 sets of 2 minutes under pressure 5hg a total of 12 minutes.

30 minute to an hour cock-ring healing.

Knocked out another day! My motivation is starting to go down a bit, but I’m still going.

Today I had a hard to getting erection right after hanging. After hanging I go straight into the mityvac due you think my poor erection is due to hanging? because I felt a little less sensitive right afterwards when try to get an erection.

Maybe try to have more rest time between lengthwork and girthwork will fix the problem?
Have a couple of hours between the two?

Agree. In the beginning I was splitting length and girth one in the morning and one at night, but lately I’ve been pressed on time. So I had to combine the two in one session.

I’m able to get erection, but it’s not high quality.

I understand. That's why I only are working on length for now, sometimes I do a Bathmate sessions just for the fun of it (also to promote skin healing), but that's not my main focus right now. I have only time for 1 hour per day of PE, but I know it takes more time due to the wrapping and warmup period. But that's okay. I'm "just" 0.5" away from my girth goal, that's why I'm doing it this way.
 
When I was forced to take days off, It didn't felt any good for me, since I had gained so much with my routine.

If you can pump without problems you should do that. But I think it's important to feel what works, so you can get back to your regular routine as fast as possible.
I was told that you could take 4 days off every month without any problems. Even 1 week could be acceptable sometimes...but that's hard mentally because we think we are losing gains.

That's what I'm going to do. Have not taken any rest days so far...but was forced once to rest due to soreness on the skin.
But: Sunday's will be my rest days. I'm following your recommendations. I think it's better to incorporate some rest days, then to be forced to rest due to soreness on your penis skin, that is: lengthwork with the lengthmaster can create this.
- It can be good to let the penis be for itself one day every week.

Note: 5lbs is starting to feel very light compared to last time. I’ll be adding another 5 minute set in one week.
