5 Minute Bundles Stretches

Hanging between the cheeks using the Length Master.

5 sets of 5 lbs for 25 minutes.
20 second rest time between sets.
Girth right after hanging:
Pumping using the MityVac air pump.
6 sets of 2 minutes under pressure 5hg a total of 12 minutes.

30 minute to an hour cock-ring healing.

Note:
took yesterday as a rest day.

Curious how often should you measure bone pressed flaccid stretch?

I also read somewhere as long as you are seeing increase in expansion over your normal size with pumping you are on the right track to growth ?

I would say so, that's at least my personal experience.

I don't know anything about BPFSL.

I’m just curious about BPFSL and on how often should I measure. I know bone pressed flaccid stretch increase is indicator of growth and shows up faster compared to erect length.

I don't know anything about that. But what happens if you combine girthwork (pump/ssj/edging), and lengthwork at the same time. Doesn't the erect length fill out the flaccid length at the same time as the flaccid expands. My flaccid is much shorter/smaller then my erect length...but I see my semi-erect length increase as my erection length increase...is this normal in PE? I'm just looking with my eyes, since I will not messure for ~6 months.
 
That make sense the flaccid length should increase first, and the erection lenght follows. Maybe some more experienced brother will come in here with information from their experiences.

6 sets of 2 minutes under pressure 5hg to 6hg a total of 12 minutes.

30 minute to an hour cock-ring healing.

Note:
I change my wrapping technique up today, and it made a big difference when using the length master and bundles. I was able to use the length master at full force with bundle stretches and hanging by using less wrap. Overall it feels comfortable and the best wrap ever.
