Hey guys, because of work obligations I might not get to continue my PE routine.
I want to continue with PE but I might need shorten my routine.
I want to continue with my bathmate routine and 5×5×3 program during the shower including bathmate stretches.
I don't know if I should add a short stretch routine in the mix?
