I believe it's pretty difficult to not get gray glands using the LM. The trick is to, which I'm learning myself, and I've been using an LM for a very long time, I have the LM1 so I'm going on years, is to go in 20-minute increments, even though you may feel you can do more. Of course your body will let you know. The trick is to rest and massage after these increments. That will help tremendously, I'm going through a injury myself as we speak because I went on too long sessions using the LM, hanging. Rarely I have a hard time to get an erection after my length work, but if I can't it's no big deal, just wait a bit then I can get going for my erect stretches.

All told I gained about an inch. Probably slightly over an inch. But I've been off and on with PE, and I use a lot more things than just the LM. I've just been going pretty regularly and intensely for the past maybe 6 months or so. I have been using the LM probably for, I don't know hard to say, 3 years? But it wasn't terribly serious until recently, mostly this is because I started hanging, which I've never done before.

I have been seriously thinking about adding erect kegels after my length routine. I just don't want to add to much because of time management.

Any suggestions how should go about this?
 
By the way I noticed my night and morning woods are more frequent after length routine compared to girth days where I hardly get night and morning woods.

I usually heal extended or expanded with a cockring for 4 hours after my routine.

I'm the same way. If I focus on length my EQ is rock solid but if I train girth EQ suffers.

Do you do any kind of erect stretching? If not, I know DLD recommends doing this at least 3x per week. I have been doing erect stretches pretty much every day for a good while now because my Flacid stretched length was 1-1/4" longer than my erect length. Now they are much closer together and my erect length has grown. I would definitely recommend them.

also, I like to get kegel and RK training in while I do my stretches for maximum efficiency. Have you tried that?

I do erect stretches every other length day.

I haven't tried Kegeling or Reverse Kegeling during stretches. Personally I really like to separate the two :) Maybe go erect.

I've noticed that Kegeling and RKing during stretches really fatigues the muscles. It's like weightlifting for your PC muscles ? Also, once it's fatigued the stretches become deeper. That's my experience anyway. I don't do these often enough but it's a good reminder ?

Yes both will fatigue the penis and that’s the place you want to be to make the most of your length work out. But after you have gotten to this state of fatigue you no longer want to stretch with Kegels you only want to stretch with Reverse Kegels. The reason for this is when you do a RK it releases all of the pelvic floor muscles allowing you to get pure stretch without interference. The status for T can also come by way of refractory period after orgasm.
 
I noticed if I don't measure right away my expansion seems to go down.


Today's expansion was a whole lot better than my previous girth day.

We measure post expansion to be sure we are getting above our normal girth size. This is no real solid measurement since were measuring temporary growth but the expansion is a peek into the future of what your size will be. When you get to that size you’ll have new temporary gains that will need to be made permanent in the process repeats
 
Okay, I'm a little bit frustrated right now on how my length routine finished off today.

Somehow I don't feel like I'm getting a good stretch with the LM.

Every time I stretch I feel like my glans is either swelling up or just preventing me from going further in the stretch. Is there anyway to stop this from happing and should I place the Length Master on top the glans instead of behind it?

Question 2.

So when doing erect stretches I'm basically doing 10 sets with 60 second hold in each direction like basic stretches with no rest in-between correct and is it normal for my erection to go down after one stretch or so?

And, when it comes to expressive stretches I'm holding the stretch straight out for 5 minutes total?

Sorry guys I just feel like I could of focused more on my stretches today I feel a little discourage ?

Thanks for the question was my brother I want to see if I can help you out. It sounds like you’re holding too much blood in your head when you wrap for your LM. As you wrap short squeeze every bit of blood out of your head, if there is blood left in the head it will cause massive pressure. The Lengthmaster should be positioned behind your head not on your head.

Be Sure to wrap with perfection, this can’t be stressed enough! Wrapping should be smooth and without folds, creases or wrinkles. A poor wrap will lead to a terrible session of slipping and pinching.

With expressive stretching I suggest going five sets of 60 seconds each not five minutes in a row. do you want to take a short break between sets, maybe 30 seconds.

If there’s anything else I can help you with please just ask
 
Do not exert yourself by exercising. Listen to your penis. Do not stimulate collagen bonding quickly. This shows you time in enough exercise. What you need. Listen to your penis. Do not strain your penis. Take a rest because constant stress stimulates the collagen and ligaments to build itself strongly and you cannot in the future achieve the gains you want. Enjoy patience that is not worth Results in day and night

If you feel tired or exhausted, stop and take a break until you recover and then complete the exercise. Do not exert yourself in vigorous exercise. Do not achieve gains if you do simple exercises until you get used to exercising exercises. The first rule is that excessive stress does not achieve the gains saying (which comes quickly goes quickly)

Yes you should take breaks but let me add this; if you can go longer than 30 seconds go for it! Are used to hold stretches Indefinitely by switching hands when each hand and got tired?. But as you know I was a psycho PE freak. So if you can go for 60 seconds and take a 10 second 15 second break that’s perfect. If you lose strength at 30 seconds stick with 30 seconds.

So basically I'm doing 3 sets of basic stretches with 15 second rest between each stretch with a 30 second hold.

When it comes to Erect Stretches and Expressive Stretches I should add 30 second break in between as well since these are longer holds.

This look correct?

Should bundles be 2 minutes and 30 seconds to the left and right with a 30 second break in between as well?

It can be anytime you want but what is important is that you evenly bundle to the left and right. This is so you don’t end up with a curve due to only bundling to one side. Outside of that there are no other rules go as long as you want but no less than 30 seconds stretch.
