Today's length session actually went very well! Looks like my glans was beating up, but over not bad for the first day with the Length Master.

If anything I need to learn to wrap better before putting on the length master.

As far as intensity goes I pulled hard as I could I will admit I felt a lot of pain during the stretches, but not in a bad way. More of a stretch than anything.

I noticed during expressive stretches I felt like I was pulling part of the sack especially trying to pull upward I could feel my sack moving.

Upward Stretches felt more easier to pull compared to straight down or straight out to the center.

Fantastic, brother — great routine and a strong day’s work. Looking forward to watching your progress.
 
11:00 am

I had time for a light stretch so I did DLD'S Twisted Rolls for 2 minutes and added a wrap for 30 minutes after.

Last night length session must of been good because I woke up with a couple of boners early in the morning.

Holy shit DLD I can't enough praise you on the 5×5×3 program with the bathmate :)

Like I said I felt like I was creating a monster especially with SSJ.

I never experienced so much expansion in one session

Thanks to slow squash jelqs my penis expanded dramatically ?

Part of my plan is to wear a cockring for 4hours to heal expanded and go on with my day and the same for the next, but only wrap for 4 hours after length.

I was wondering if anyone can answer a question is it possible for some to be prime for girth more or vice versa?

I’m not sure what you mean my brother could you ask the question in a different way? If you’re talking about a warm-up then using your BM is perfect for a warm-up. If that’s not the question please just ask again.

Yes indeed and I can vouch for that personally. I put on length very easily, I gained 2 inches and six months which is unheard of. But I struggled with girth. I only getting 1/2 of an inch in that same six months. It was not until I went to more hard core exercises and equipment that I was able to gain the girth they have today.

Thanks :) I have always I had this assumption for myself especially concerning girth.

Anyway I really loved the pump after SSJ and by the way 5×5×3 program is badass!

I really noticed a difference from the beginning to end. I felt like I was holding a cannon lol

That’s what’s up my brother! Everybody tries to 5×5×3 becomes an addict! This exercise can bring temp. gains up to an inch and over in one session.

I just finished my length routine for today I had a difficult time staying erect during erect stretches so I added a cockring.

I was wondering is it normal for the glans to turn gray when using the Length Master and should I do my erect stretches after my routine like I been doing? At the moment I don't have a great EQ after stretches.

After staying wrapped for 4 hours in extended state I decided to pull the testicles downward at the same time stretching the penis up as DLD mentioned newbie routine for a better flaccid hang.

That following night and morning I had increase in my erection quality and morning woods.

Usually my penis turtles up after unwrapping, but last night I maintained a good flaccid hang.

I consider this a good sign :)

Yes that exercise is called the Testicle health massage and stretch and it is in the Newbie Routine. This is the fastest way to get the longest and heaviest hanging penis.
 
I just finished the bathmate 5×5×3 program. I noticed I didn't get the expansion I had the following other day.

I measured my expansion as normal and my girth was less compared to my last session.

I believe it's pretty difficult to not get gray glands using the LM. The trick is to, which I'm learning myself, and I've been using an LM for a very long time, I have the LM1 so I'm going on years, is to go in 20-minute increments, even though you may feel you can do more. Of course your body will let you know. The trick is to rest and massage after these increments. That will help tremendously, I'm going through a injury myself as we speak because I went on too long sessions using the LM, hanging. Rarely I have a hard time to get an erection after my length work, but if I can't it's no big deal, just wait a bit then I can get going for my erect stretches.

Getting the Lengthmaster to go behind the cheeks can be difficult for some people for whatever reason. Basically strap in, put your legs over top of the handlebars, stand up and grab those handlebars on the back and stretch upward
