Hey guys, because of work obligations I might not get to continue my PE routine.

I want to continue with PE but I might need shorten my routine.

I want to continue with my bathmate routine and 5×5×3 program during the shower including bathmate stretches.

I don't know if I should add a short stretch routine in the mix?

In my opinion and all of my work over the past 20 years I think is most wise to go after one first then the other later. When were able to focus all of our energy into one thing they can grow so much faster than when we’re splitting our energies between two things.

I started 5 Minutes Of Bundles followed by some light stretches.

I've just been feeling a little down because of my weight lately so it's a little difficult for me to want to post pics like I used to. But I do want them gains ?

That’s exactly the way it should happen. I go in to the pump 100% erect and when I come out I’m about 95 to 90% erect. With SSJ you want to be less than 100% erect but no less than 90%

I’m glad today was a great session and a half inch is not that big of a deal! Shoot for an inch and a half inch will come even quicker!
 
I think most of us been there my man. For me length is nearly impossible, girth my dick eats up girth like a buffet. I kind of notice, you probably do too, PE is like an exercising, never quite fun, maybe for some, but once you get in the routine it becomes easier. I'm probably not telling you anything you don't know. I still have hard times doing my length because length almost seems impossible for me. But I keep at it and I noticed slight differences, it's tough, but we can do it

True length gains are probably easier to achieve than girth. However, as you said, they are there but incremental and difficult to see until measured - there is very little to suggest that PE is working from session to session so it’s not as exciting and motivation has to come from within...from the belief that it is working...this might be based on past personal gains or the gains of others...whereas girth gains can be seen every time we PE, albeit temporarily.
