Hi. I know there's been a lot of threads on this subject, and i've read my eyes dry and then some more. I'm looking to optimize my routine (don't we all), and I'd like som thoughts on this. First some numbers:
Starting at:
5.5" NBPenis EnlargementL and 4.2" EG back in august 09
Current stats:
6.4"NBPenis EnlargementL and 5.1" EG, with a NBPSL of 7.3 inches
Now, I'm looking for more length in the first place, and girth second. So I've been doing a LOT of stretching the last couple of months (5 days on, 2 off, 1 hr each time) + extenderwork, but this haven't really helped me much. So I'm starting to think about the theory that now I've got a 29" tyre with a 26" tube in it, because of the .9" difference between EL and SL. I've read up on the theory that I should be doing some girth work to be able to fill up my 29" tyre, would this be a good idea?
I think I'm going for a routine something like this
15 min warmup in the shower + ricesock
Some basic 1 min stretches with kegeling
Girth exercises. What should I put in here?
+ 3 x 5 min clamping (newb)
+ [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] straight after workout, not stretching, just non-turteling
Any thoughts?
