ok so i started a routine i read somewhere and im on the second week, it consists of 10 reps of stretching of 30 secs, and 10 min of pure jelqing..so i wanted to know if this is a good routine and if it will work, it said that after about 5 weeks you should gain an inch or maybe more..i do this for 1 day on then rest the next day and so on..
