I am not getting any gains ... can winter be the reason to it ???

keep it warm do excercises jelqin but dont rough it and get the comfort strap or make one yourself 1 inch fat shoe lace and a cord lock but the best thing you can do
is get the better face plate with the strap
dont over tighten
