FUCK IT, I'll say it (probably going to get banned now), I barely post because this is a DLD site and I lost a lot of respect for DLD in the last few months. Lying about getting Jen back, not getting Alpha Blade done, doing stupid things like knocking all the walls out of his house and crapping in a bucket and then asking for help- this isn't the kind of guy I want to follow or emulate. I mainly check to see if anymore record holders have popped up and just from general inertia as well.

I have no clue what this tension is about, and frankly I don't care. It takes a while to absorb it all and then to take what works best for you and leave the rest, combining it with your regular routine. There's a lot of trial and error involved here. If it were all cut and dried, I don't think I would enjoy it as much as I do.
