I dont have much privacy around my home. Why are manual stretching too hard for you?

My exact thoughts. Privacy with stretching is never an issue for those who are creative. I can easily stretch for hours while under the covers, watching a movie. Another thing to consider, is that no one will 'suspect' that you are stretching. It's not something that would occur to most people.
