Hello all, I was wondering if my proposed routine sounds like a decent one? I was thinking about doing bundled newbie stretches followed by three 20 minutes sets of hanging and following that up with 4-5 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words]. I would like to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] for longer but I do not have the time unfortunately.

You are good to go bro but remember that consistency is the key to making gains. If you can be consistent with the routine you mentioned, 1 inch in length is yours in 3 months time.

That is plenty of work to make great length gains. I am assuming you do not want girth gains for now, true?
