Today when i woke up i noticed a block spot on my penis something like a black eye(penis). Could this be coused from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]??

You've overdone it and caused a blood spot under the surface. Go a little easier on it and it will fade from black to red, then disappear all together within a week or two.

I wish I could go without underwear. I agree it makes the penis shrink. The problem I'm having is that, my penis is very visible without underwear and I don't know how what to do about it.

If I sometimes wear underwear I’m always wearing something loose fitting but most of the time, like 99% of the time, I go commando.
Just bought some winter thermo wear in a size larger than I usually wear to make sure everything will hang loose and free while still staying warm down there.

I have 2 underwear now to keep the tissue warm. This reduce and in most cases/days remove the risk of fluid retention, when I wear my penis elongation wrap.
