Welcome to the forum SH. I use a cock ring for about an hour after a good session of girth work. I have noticed that I gain girth much easier than length. Have gained 3/4 inch girth since April this year.
 
I have the baseball bat effect on my flaccid penis sometimes.. Will reverse jelqing fix this? Or just work more of base girth?
