Forgive me if this is something that has already been brought to the table and I will try to explain it the best I can.
Basically I was trying the DLD expressive stretch I believe and tried to come up with a way to get good stretch without using a lot of arm strength so I can lay in bed at night and stretch or quickie stretches at work with little effort and here is what I came up with.
Start by lightly grabbing the base of you penis and dig in like the expressive stretch. Lightly gripping around the deep base then with your other hand tug on your glans to get a decent stretch, again like the expressive stretch. Now is when the no arm effort kicks in. While lightly holding the deep root and lightly holding a good grip on your glans your hands should be basically touching side by side. For the longer gentlemen you may be below your glans a little. Now, all you do is squeeze both hands. If done correctly, the pressure of squeezing your hands makes them expand in to one another, this stretching your penis from deep root to the glans without pulling at all!
To put this in to perspective. Grap a pole (a broom handle will do) grasp the pole lightly with both hands directly against each other. Squeeze your hands tight and they should push against each other. It may take some practice to get it.
I measured on a tape measure to see the expansion my hands will get and I got an inch and a half of hand expansion. If you slightly tilt your palms toward each other you can get more once squeezed. Transfer that to doing it on your penis and I can get a pretty decent stretch with very little effort. If your penis is all ready strectched taught you can really get a deep pull.
I have been doing this for just a few days and can feel the fatigue. I will keep at it and see what it brings.
I know my description may lack a little thought but I cant really think of a way to explain what exactly I am doing. But, I tried it erect tonight and wow! I got a deep pull that I had not got before. And i liked it...

On my penis I was doing it with my base hand pinky in the direction of my glans. And my glans side, my thumb was pressed up against the pinky of the other hand. So reverse ok grip at base and reverse ok grip at top (i believe that is the way to explain it.) Using pinky pressure to hold against the bottom of my glans.
