Looks like your body is resisting due to tough longitudinal tissues. The traction force will be required to go up one to two levels while the lateral contortion force also needs to max out to break and soften that longitudinal tissues. You maxed your flaccid based on your current erect length, but that tunica tough fibers are what holding you back now. To go up a step, you have to use a mechanical assistant like the Length Master, or a fulcrum device, like a cut out of a broom stick that you can strap your penis onto in order to rotate your penis and pull at the same time.

The rotation must go past your comfort levels, just below the pain. The pulling now must be between your moderate and high, and most of the pull must occur at the high traction load. So, think back on the sets you've done so far. You cannot remain at the slightly uncomfortable level any further. You are conditioned well enough during the 3 months period. Time to go up past the uncomfortable level and just a slight touch below the "Oh, there's the pain" level.

The set should be alternating between the "Oh, there's the pain" and "Ooo..that's not comfortable". This is your High and above Moderate level of contortion and traction forces. Just a warning, try with 2 days on and 1 day off to see how well you're doing before you go into 3 days on and 1 day off.

I do believe he is using the lengthmaster already, although it's possible he is not using it at the correct intensity
 
I am not a veteran nor am I expert but I am a very hard gainer and I want to share a fact: Sometimes less is more and again, sometimes there is a trick when we do PE. This is the core reason the SRT program was created the way it was created. You might see a small increase in girth with 5x5x3 which is natural at this time frame but for length you should have seen great improvement if SRT was done correctly.

That mins that with less work, only 20 minutes of length master (which is way above those 2.5kg of traction) using bundled literal stretches and with just a sleeve of 6 hours I believe from the bottom of my heart that you should have gained 1 inch in 3 months.

It's different to only use 30-60 mins a cockring after girth session than using just 2.5 hours (your mean time in sleeve) in length work. Length needs 6 hours.

Just try to imagine what i just said: 20 mins of LM followed by a sleeve of 6 hours. You were doing stretches 15 mins and 3 hours traction.

Then, if you are a true soldier and you want to add girth too, after mornings length work start at evening 20 minutes of LM and then 5x5x3 and you are good to go - if you can ofc accept the fatigue.
 
Hey all a few clarifications.

For length I am doing 5 days a week: the bundled stretches at 4 sets (30 seconds of each direction, 12 directions) which comes out to 24 minutes of bundled. On top of that I do low grip stretches, plus erect stretches(3 days a week). After this I am in a traction device for anywhere from 2.25-3+ hours at 2.5+kg down to 1.5+kg. Then after that I do a sleeve for 1-3 hours. This is a ton of length work. I do not have a length master.

Are you saying I should drop the erect stretch, low grip stretch, and do less bundled at more intensity and then just a sleeve and no ADS?

No, the opposite. Increase in intensity, with high contortion load (twisting or bundling even further to the point where it stops). Make sure to balance the bundling twisting degrees equally on both sides. Never ever do one side more than the other as the tissues will be broken down unequal. That causes an unequal growth.
 
Thanks you after your suggestions here is what I did/am doing today for length.

All at way higher intensity:

7-10 minutes erect stretch
10 minutes low grip stretch
2 sets of bundled (1 bundled left and 1 bundled right; all directions) which is a total of 12 minutes

6 hours in silisleev2 (and no traction device)

After the manual work my penis was considerably exhausted. Really the only change is much higher intensity for all manual work, less bundled stretch sets, and longer in sleeve with no extender used. I will also do erect stretches 5 days a week instead of 3.


No changes in girth work.


Do you guys think this is an adequate change?

If you guys meant keep doing the extender after manual like I was doing and just longer in sleeve after extender then let me know but I didn’t read it like that

Give this a try for one month to see if there's any unique response. Update us weekly, but do not stress over this. Simply observe and perform the routine. The moment you stress over the "Is it working?", your body will respond differently.

Sleeves will work as a low intensity passive stretcher. They do not have the same traction force intensity as the extender. The springs keeps a higher traction load on the tissues past 1kg at all time no matter how you move or relax base on the spring setup. However, the sleeves are more gentle on your penis and less bulky. They don't offer the same tissue stretching as the extender but they do provide tension healing during the elongation hold. Think of the extender as a ln active device to always stretch while the sleeves are used as a brace to hold things in place.
 
Thank you @oldandlively @DLD @kriskros for your help through this. I know it takes time out of your day but after 4 years of consistent PE with little to no results I’m hoping coming here and going through SRT gets me some solid results. Very thankful for you all

I added back in 1 hour of extender immediately following manual work.
An hour is a good deal of time. I know you will gain so much more adding 1 hour to your routine. God bless you my brother

I did confirm my previous visual suspicions and did not gain in length or girth. I thought I had maybe gained some girth but I didn’t. Still stuck at 6.75 length, and 4.96 MEG and no gain since I started this thread unfortunately.

Take a break, or decon, for a few months while doing light stretches and jelqs to cement the gains and observe the relaxed state of the penis. This is practically a duplicate of brother's @kriskros scenario. His gains manifested right after his decon period. Resume back with newbie routine after the decon period.

Like I said, you got the seesaw effects. When you stretch wider, your tissues accomodate the length. When you stretch for length, you get wider because the tunica looseness allows you to balloon out. This is why you tackle the problem at two fronts: length and girth at the same time.

Have you tried the SRT routine? This will definitely get you gaining again. It incorporates all the best exercises for length and girth. It is a long read so be prepared to read it. If you have questions simply ask we are here to serve.
 
thanks for the feedback. With my old routine before doing SRT I did take a month break. Came back and still no gains so I am kind of afraid of another big break since it felt like wasted time to me. Or maybe it wasn’t long enough?


Like you guys suggested I could either continue with increased intensity, take a break(how long?), or maybe focus on just girth (ssj part of SRT twice a day maybe?). I really don’t know what to do honestly.
