Keep going for another 2 months. Our brother @kriskros can testify that he had been doing this for a long time, and for the life of him, measured, measured, measured but no gains. A break later, and BOOM, sudden gains. What you don't see doesn't mean you're not gaining. Just follow the step processes and keep going. If you have to switch up the routines, switch it up. Don't stop. Don't worry. Keep going.
Exactly 💯. making adjustments to the routine is always paramount in continuous growth. Also it is important to take a break when needed. I have seen men who could not gain and my advice is to take a break and come back with a new routine and they finally start gaining. Taking a break is only necessary when injured or when you are not gaining. In the latter it is important to adjust your routine. SRT is a great routine as you can add or take away from it to be just right for your situation.

It's practically a modified 5x5x3 routines we've seen over the years that work for certain set of brothers with unique penile tissues. You may be one of them.

This is my recommendation, start with a 7 minutes of SSJ, follow by a 3 minutes of moderate pressure pumping. Since the pressure is unknown at the moment, let's use the pressure to the point where you feel that expansion dull sensation in the current pump. I'm seeing a 7inHg.

For the second set, start with SSJ for 10 minutes. The reason why I recommending 10 minutes is because you have a unique harden lateral tissue. Use 4 minutes of pumping afterwards.

For the third set, use another 10 minutes of SSJ. BUT, only 3 minutes of pumping.

If you have, repeat second and third set as many times as you need to.

There are 2 kind of sleeve wearing. For the 45 to 60 minutes, don't wear the sleeve on for the entire penis. Just a short segment the base of the penis. Allow the entire penis to engorge at its flaccid state. So, wear a cock ring or a cut out penis sleeve at the base of the penis, and get as much blood into it as possible.

After 60 minutes, put the loose, and I mean LOOSE sleeve on. Force the penis to be elongated in the loose sleeve for as long as you want. You're not hurting the girth work at this point. You're taking advantage of the girth work to keep the length of the penis.
 
The sleeve I have is a sili sleeve 2. Is that considered a loose sleeve?

SiliSleev#2 is a softer sleeve. Loose sleeves means it's loose on your penis when you put it on. Loose means it has a larger diameter that doesn't choke or squeeze your penis. It's loose enough that when you put it on, if your penis shrinks and retract, it'll slide right into the sleeve and the sleeve just pops out. That's loose.

I don’t wear any sleeve during girth work or cock ring.
During girth work or routine, don't wear any cock ring or sleeve. ONLY when you are done with the girh work, the post-girth work period when you rest your penis, that's when you use the cock ring or sleeve cut out to keep your penis engorged.

That's perfect. You can use before and after you train. Your just looking to hold a minimal amount of blood. You do not need to choke the cock, simply keeping enough blood to remain engorged enough to heal in that state

The only problem with me is that for some reason I have high penis tolerance and I do not know If I am pumping at 10-12hg if I am actually damaging my penis instead of helping it.

You're fine brother. Just be careful as you go up. I would stay between 10 and 12 for now, for as long as you can. At times, increase it up to 13 for just 30 seconds, and drop down to stay at 10 and 12. Go higher just for a few moment to increase the tissues, and go back down to sustain the expansion. You're not damaging it.

For the brothers that are reading that 10inHg and upper is okay, DON'T go there yet. Brother kriskros already preconditioned his penis for this pressure range.

I am very concerned because i am not getting any edema anymore which makes me afraid of what i am doing, is not enough. We know edema is bad but it is a proof you pushed hard, isnt it?

Edema is indeed not a good thing, but it's also not a bad thing. Edema means you pushed a bit too hard for too long. You just need to push hard but not too long by reduce the time in the pump and more time with SSJ and other jelqing.

I tried 5x5x5 but no edema. Yes, I got expansion but if I train for 3 days in a row, my expansion will fade very fast (3-4 hours)
 
Better than no expansion or no display of expansion. You came a long way brother.
we do not need huge expansion to heal. A minimal expansion is just fine. Just be consistent as much as you can to continue healing from girth workouts.

But if you take an average data across the board for all devices, pumping for girth only helps to gain 10% of the length, and extenders use for length only helps to increase 10% of the girth. 10% is being very liberal on giving the devices the most optimal gains they can every hope to attain. Most gains are around 5% at best.

If that don't make sense, this will.

When you perform girth routines, especially in the pump, you are causing a pull on the tunica for length. You're engaging a tunica fiber weakening. Most people who only pump, nothing more but just pump (no SSJ, no prewarming stretches, nothing), do not see the length gain. The only reason why they gain some kind of length is because they are in a period of hyper growth. They have not stop growing, or they are in their period of high reproductive escapades. In other words, they're horny and they want to spread their semen. During this period, the body releases high level of human growth hormone and collagen to improve their reproductive chances. Their penises are easily influenced by abnormal changes. So, a little tug and pull on their penis may just be enough to trigger their body to release as much resources as possible to make their penises grow. When that happens, the companies want to use this phenomenon to say, "Our products will make your penis larger and longer!!" That only happens to those who are actually in the period of growth still. That means their age group is still young. Good luck in finding the same conditions apply to older age group.

The same is true for the length products, such as the extender. There's actually more truth to the extender than the pump. Why is that? When the extender is used to stretch the tunica, the tunica caused the surrounding tissues to also hyper extend and enlarged. Take a water hose for example. I have heard some info about an expensive pump called dp4000 by ctc. Do you know it ?

Not that model specifically, but plenty of "set it and forget it" machines. There are so many made and models out there, but they all do the same things:
  • Set your low pressure
  • Set your high pressure
  • Set your time limit
  • Provide an emergency cut-off
  • Accurate pressure monitoring with +/- 2% errror. Anything more than this, your penis is on the line at high pressure. Why? At 5% error rate, that sudden increase of -0.5inHg can break your penis.
  • Pump motor is strong and at least 7 times the pressure you need. If your max pressure is -10inHg, you need the motor to be sucking with the pressure of -70inHg. Otherwise, the pressure load will burn the motor out.
  • Fast burst pump in 3 seconds. If the motor is not strong enough to get your high pressure in 3 seconds, it not worth the cost.
If these options don't exist, don't bother paying.

This is why every time I see a tiny little pump with auto pressure sensor and pump, I simply slap my forehead and ask, "Okay what's the specs?"

Quick update I am coming up on 3 months and will then measure. Unfortunately visually I don’t think I’ve grown in length which will be frustrating if so. Maybe very slight growth in girth but we will see what the measurements say in a few days. I do know my flaccid size has for sure increased but I don’t really care about that.

Looks like your body is resisting due to tough longitudinal tissues. The traction force will be required to go up one to two levels while the lateral contortion force also needs to max out to break and soften that longitudinal tissues. You maxed your flaccid based on your current erect length, but that tunica tough fibers are what holding you back now. To go up a step, you have to use a mechanical assistant like the Length Master, or a fulcrum device, like a cut out of a broom stick that you can strap your penis onto in order to rotate your penis and pull at the same time.

The rotation must go past your comfort levels, just below the pain. The pulling now must be between your moderate and high, and most of the pull must occur at the high traction load. So, think back on the sets you've done so far. You cannot remain at the slightly uncomfortable level any further. You are conditioned well enough during the 3 months period. Time to go up past the uncomfortable level and just a slight touch below the "Oh, there's the pain" level.

The set should be alternating between the "Oh, there's the pain" and "Ooo..that's not comfortable". This is your High and above Moderate level of contortion and traction forces. Just a warning, try with 2 days on and 1 day off to see how well you're doing before you go into 3 days on and 1 day off.

I do believe he is using the lengthmaster already, although it's possible he is not using it at the correct intensity
 
I am not a veteran nor am I expert but I am a very hard gainer and I want to share a fact: Sometimes less is more and again, sometimes there is a trick when we do PE. This is the core reason the SRT program was created the way it was created. You might see a small increase in girth with 5x5x3 which is natural at this time frame but for length you should have seen great improvement if SRT was done correctly.

That mins that with less work, only 20 minutes of length master (which is way above those 2.5kg of traction) using bundled literal stretches and with just a sleeve of 6 hours I believe from the bottom of my heart that you should have gained 1 inch in 3 months.

It's different to only use 30-60 mins a cockring after girth session than using just 2.5 hours (your mean time in sleeve) in length work. Length needs 6 hours.

Just try to imagine what i just said: 20 mins of LM followed by a sleeve of 6 hours. You were doing stretches 15 mins and 3 hours traction.

Then, if you are a true soldier and you want to add girth too, after mornings length work start at evening 20 minutes of LM and then 5x5x3 and you are good to go - if you can ofc accept the fatigue.
