Here is what I’m going try. I am going to stop doing on the length side of my SRT workout and focus on girth like @kriskros. I am going to do 6/4/3 (ssj/pump/x3) twice a day(morning and afternoon) 5 days a week, along with the ring after each session for at least an hour. I will try this for a month to see if I can get anything. Thoughts?
