New Member - Feedback would be appreciated

Hi everyone,

I just want to start off with a big thank you to everyone on this forum. I've been browsing the forum for a little while now and really appreciate all the valuable information I've learned.

Now, I've been at a routine now close to 2 months (started on May 1st) and would appreciate some helpful advice from some of the great members on this site.

I've broken up the routine into 3 'custom' phases:

Month 1
- 10 minute warm-up with hot towel
- Stretching (Behind the Cheeks [Left, Center and Right], Down [Left, Center and Right], and Straight Out [Left, Center and Right]) 3 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X 30[/words] seconds each
- Jelqing 100 reps
- Jelq and Hold 25 reps

Months 2 and 3
-- 10 minute warm-up with hot towel
- Stretching (Behind the Cheeks, Down, and Straight Out) 4 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X 30[/words] seconds each
***With my stretching here, I stretch to the center four times each. I stretch to the left and right just one set for each direction. In other words, I stretch a total of 18 times [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X 30[/words] seconds.***
- Jelqing 200 reps
- Jelq and Hold 25-35 reps

I have an idea what I will be doing after this, but obviously nothing is set in stone and i'd appreciate some feedback and advice to help me achieve my goals.:)

By the way, these are my starting measurements:

NBPenis EnlargementL: 5.75 inches
EG: 5 inches (occassionally, I will measure just below that at 4.8 or 4.9) (widest point)

In the last two months, I have increased 0.25 inches to get to 6 inches. Though I realize these measurements are around average, I still feel 'small' and its something that bothers me unfortunately. I also have anxiety over using condoms, for a fear of the condom slipping off (I know, its VERY stupid <:() However, this is why I am here and I'm excited to achieve what I've set out to achieve.

Looks like a solid starting routine! Go with this for a few weeks and see where you are, if we need to modify it then we will. For now, it looks very good. The only part I would suggest you up a bit is the jelqs, ultimately, with jelqing, you will want to be at the 500-600 jelqs per session.
 
Glad to have you here Costanza! you should start a progress log. This will help you and others to stay motivated..

Don't forget to KEGELS KEGELS KEGELS and warm down with hot towel after pe session.. Good nutrition play an important role here.... Have more protein and vegetable because this help in growth... good luck buddy!

DLD - you mentioned getting up to 500-600 jelqs. I'll take that advice. Just a question though - how should I build to that? When should I be hitting 500-600 jelqs? By next month? In a few weeks time? Also, do you think my stretching work is enough? I'm getting in about 10 minutes of solid stretching total (not including breaks or anything).

Kawai123 - I will start a progress log soon for myself and for the benefit of others. You mentioned kegels - even though I ahve read up on them, I'm still not sure how to do them. Is it merely a contraction of sorts (sorry, don't know how to explain it)? How many should I do, when and how often? Thanks man.

Work up to the number, maybe add in 50 - 100 additional jelqs every 3-4 days until you reach that level. Take you time and do it as you feel comfortable. 10 minutes of stretching is fine for now but I would like to see you get a solid half hour in eventually.
