new exercise?

Ok, I was messing around today and found something that seems to give a good lig stretch. I don't know if anyone has already tried this, but here goes.

Since I have a high LOT I figured "between the check" stretch would be good.
While performing this stretch, just alternate lifting your knees as high as you can. Thats it!

It gives a pretty good stretch pulling farther than just with your hands.
 
Tried it today and it's great! It reminds me of the Ultra lig stretch where you lay down with your unit pulled behind you like the Btc and grab your leg and pull it towards you.

It's a bit hard doing it while standing. You can't pull your leg as far as the Ultra but you can pull behind you better with the Btc because you're not laying on your hand.

All in all I like it. Thanks for the tweaking!
