I've been lurking for a few weeks now... so thanks to everyone for all the excellent info I've come across!
But now I'm at the stage where I need some serious advice ?
I've done Penis Enlargement occasionally over the last 2 years (maybe a total of 30 times), and have been doing it full time now for 6 weeks.
I've gone from 6bpel x 5eg to 6.75bpel x 5 1/8 eg, just using Phase 1 from DLD's program.
However, my bedroom performance has got worse since I started, to the point that I'm now having difficulty lasting longer than a couple of minutes.
After a lot of research, I've decided to attack the problem from all angles. I read the threads by RWG and am now having a course of acupuncture treatment. I am about half way through and the results have been a bit mixed so far.
She told me that my kidney energy is very low, and that is part of the problem.
But the thing I'm really confused about is whether I should kegel or not.
Up until the problems developed, I had been kegelling every day, as per the program, but then I read a number of threads where people blamed kegelling for causing premature ejaculation.
I then began to get worried about kegelling.
However, I know that long-term, kegelling is supposed to help you control yourself, and it is what is prescribed in a number of books and all the tantra stuff.
So what I'm looking for is to learn from the experience of others on the board.
Do you think I should attack the kegels and really build up my PC muscle?
Will I get to the stage that even though I am really aroused, my muscle will be strong enough to control it?
Or if I continue to kegel will the problem get worse?
It's really getting to me... the fact that I am in a relationship means that I am feeling more pressure to get the problem sorted out quickly.
My girlfriend knows that I am doing Penis Enlargement exercises, but now she thinks that they have caused the problems, so it's a real Catch 22 situation.
