Lengthmaster bro, come join the darkside. This is not a tool you need to work up to, or an "advanced" tool only for experienced PEers. Nah it makes manual stretching way easier than by hand, your hands wont get fatigued, you can exert more force with less effort. Etc. You wont be disappointed.
