Need girth help

Now, I 've just started re-incorporating stretches into my routine after a couple of months of only doing girth work ( wich yielded nothing... ). And the gains have already started to appear after almost a month.

But I'm really looking into getting some meat on my cock. Here's what I've tried:

1st workout ( Jun-Sept 2006 ):

jelq only, 600

2nd workout (Sept. - Dec.2006 ):

5mins jelq & bend
10 mins of manual clamping with the following exercises at specific times:
at start: Horse 440, 60 secs
4 mins in: downward bend, 30 secs
7 mins in: upwads bend, 30 secs
9 mins in: Horse 440, 60 secs

repeat once more for a total of 20 mins of manual clamping.

3rd workout ( Jan 2007 - Feb 2007 ):
5 mins jelq & bend
20 mins of standard clamping ( real clamp not hands )

4th workout ( Feb 2007 - now ):

100 jelq & bends
1 isolated compression squeeze
x3

10 mins of clamping
10 mins of light clamping

And that's it. I haven't been able to gain ANYTHING in girth...Bloodflow problem maybe? I dunno, but I'm a little lost as to what I should do now...Could my dick just be super conditionned from the nearly 4 years of Penis Enlargement and I need to switch it up to super intense mode?

Any suggestions that I might try?
