As of this last December I have been hitting it hard trying to make some true gains in addition to some exercises and the use of my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Here's where I need some assistance. I try to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for long periods but am only able to wear for 1.5 to 2 hour increments. I work 12 hour days and move around a lot, however would like to wear for as long as possible. I usually only end up wearing it on days that I work for 4-6 hours total and being [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] strapped in between. I"m wondering if I may be over doing it. This is where I need the assistance. I am a little over 5.75 erect (NBPenis EnlargementL) and in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I am using a 1" bar, and a 2" bar with 2100g springs. I don't know if I'm overdoing it or not doing enough since the directions that came with it and everything that I read online is kind of vague in regards to exactly where to be in regards to the lengths of bars I should be using. I don't take it off after 2 hours due to ligament, muscle, or skin soreness or pain, I have to take it off one for circulation, (as sometimes the glans is cold and purple after that long) and two because of soreness right behind the glans on the top from where the strap is holding it down. Any assistance would be appreciated as I don't want to be discouraged and stop again due to no gains. Its been 2 months and this is the way I've been doing it with no noticeable gains. I understand that I really need to give this a minimum of 6-9 months before I see anything drastic, but everywhere I read states I should see something in the way of gains by now as I should be wearing this for 12 hours a day but can only tolerate 4-6. I have also added L-Citrulline and L-Arginine in addition to my daily multivitamin intake. Thanks
