I have a night job and it allows me plenty of free time. Not hours on end, but 15min here and there...so at least an hours worth. Also have a clamp, so I can use that after/between sessions.

Currently I'm 6.5 x 5.75. Pretty happy with girth, but wouldn't mind hitting the 6.0 mark. Really looking for length here. Seems to me that DLD gained 1-2 inches pretty quickly, and I'm sure there are others as well.

Lots of posts here so I'm hoping someone can help me find what I'm looking for...
 
best thing for length if you do it right and gain knowlege first is hanging. go with the nebiew program for a couple monthsto condition you penis. i sure you will gain very well with it too. in the mean time read up on hanging. go to bibhanger.com forum. read up ask ?s.... i hang it works very fast very effective....
 
I was wondering what is best, if taking one of those sort of fitness programs for penis enlargement or buying one of the many herbal remedies available out there, but after your post I thinks is worth what' cooking there so thanks for sharing.
 
there is not a pilll in the world that works. so dont even look for it. at least not for making your penis bigger. there are many routines excersises that work fast depending on your dedication.
 
Well, I'm not looking for a "quick fix" but am looking for something that will work quickly. MANY focused Penis Enlargement'ers have reported gains of 1+ inches in a few months with dedicated programs.

But I could also waste my time with the wrong methods, techniques etc, so that is what I'm really looking for. For those that have gained, and have 30+ minutes per day, what did you do?

I stretched my suspensory ligament. I have gained 1.5" in a year. I'm about 7.5 to .75 now.

Just grab your dick through the skin below where it attaches to your body and pull down and sideways. Go easy no jerking it down. I bet you'll get half an inch in a month. I did.

Don't overdo it. I would do about 3 or 4 pulls a day is all. I'd also give it a rest every few days. Eventually you'll be pulling it all the way down. The farther back between your legs you grab it the more leveage you get too.

I haven't seen any change in how my dick points either.

I think there are limits to the gains you get this way. but the early gains are impressive. It all depends on the person. But you will gain fast.
