My variations on the squash jelq/slinkies

Hey guys. Don't know if anyone came up with these yet. But I'll give it a shot.

Variation # 1. When gripping the base lightly and kegelling to bring blood in. Instead of keggling.. You push from about the back, or middle of the perineum towards your scrotum. While bringing the hand from the perineum to your scrotum the hand gripping at your base is relaxed, BUT when all the blood from 1 push is back, you Squeeze to hold the blood in.

When you continue till you have enough blood in your penis, then do the rep. and repeat if you wish.

Variation # 2.

When I do squash jelqs or stretches. I sit on the side of my tub. So it can sort of pushing against my perineum, if I rotate my pelvis. But how I sit when im pumping blood inside is I sit on my butt with my perineum hanging off.

So what I do is. Pump all the blood from the pushing my perineum and gripping to get ready for the squash jelq.. Then.. I Move from sitting on my butt to sitting on my perineum, and lean slightly foward. That's when I do the bend of the squash jelq.

Since the tub side is keeping the blood from going back in, it stays in the penis while you're still doing the bend.

Doing this I've already seen real results. I feel as though im finally doing it right, or more.

Please take it slow to anyone not familiar, or experienced with girth exercises.
