Okay so when im wearing pants or w/e generally, and while i sit down , a very small bulge comes out, and it gets me very self concous. I just hate itt, and i dont know what to do about that
What does it mean anyway??
Also, the smaller the testicles, the more chances of infertility. Is this true? Or am i just making things up?? (got that from the top of my head, so yeah)

Well, you might think your testicles are small but they might be average.
As far as I know the only thing you could do is pump your testicles with a device but I think that is only temporary growth. I know my beans get bigger if I haven't jacked off in a while. You might want to look up an orchidometer online and see if you are as small as you think.
